I think it's more clear when I add-on shipping at the end. The cost of shipping has gone up a lot in the last year and rather than absorb the costs into the item price I would rather add it on at the end. That way if a customer buys two items they only pay for shipping once instead of paying for two higher priced items. If the buyer is based in the UK then 48 hour tracked shipping is automatically free over £50 and international orders can get free tracked shipping over £80 by using the discount code FREEINT.
eBay charges a huge premium on all my sales, I lose about 20-30% of the sale price to costs.On top of this, you may also have to pay taxes and duty depending on your location. I sell on eBay because it's one of the first place people look for chargers and I always hope that it will send people to this site. My costs here are about 3% and so I make a little bit more money and the customer can take advantage on one of my special offers here. For the customer though, I understand your position, you get protection. Please be reassured that all of the reviews here are genuine and I only want to help, just give me the same trust that hundreds of other people have and you will not be disappointed. So.....no discounts on eBay sorry!
I ship absolutely everywhere and I have a map on my wall with push pins as I can never believe the corners of the world my chargers have touched. There are some stipulations though, a few countries I get a lot of problems with post going missing or taking a long time to arrive. If you live in: Mexico, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Colombia or Chile then I only accept orders using express courier shipping, I know it's expensive but even charging as much as I do, sometimes my costs are higher. I will take orders with just tracked, but you need to talk to me first and understand that once the item is posted I have no control over the parcels journey.
To request a refund, message me through eBay or the website. If the charger doesn't fit, I'll send the correct one. If you don't want that, return it or cut the USB cord off and send a photo. For wrong chargers, I'll refund excluding postage. If you're not satisfied with the quality, remember my chargers are a fraction of the price of Tag and Ember. If your charger stops working, I'll replace it for free (postage charged for international customers after 6 months). If still unsatisfied, cut the cord and send a photo or return it. I now have to pay customs charges for USA shipments in advance so I charge tax at checkout. this is very frustrating but times have changed. For other locations you may get charged customs or duty to receive your parcel and while I mark the parcels as lower values, sometimes they do get charged. I cannot cover these costs as they are import fees and the money goes to your country and not me or mine.
